What is your turnaround time?

Processing times vary depending on the product. DTF Transfers take 2–3 business days, while Custom Printing orders take 5–8 business days. Processing begins once the order is confirmed and artwork is approved.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush services may be available for an additional fee depending on current production capacity. Customers must contact Create It All Co. prior to placing a rush order to confirm availability.

Can I return or exchange my custom item?

All products offered by Create It All Co. are custom made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom printed items.

Can I supply my own shirts for printing?

No, garments used for printing are supplied by Create It All Co. to ensure consistent quality and print durability.

Will you fix my artwork before printing?

Customers are responsible for uploading print-ready designs. Create It All Co. does not edit or correct artwork unless a design service has been added to the order. We are not responsible for spelling errors, low-resolution files, or design placement issues that were approved at the time of order
